Yoni Fleischmann

Yoni is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a long-standing career in the healthcare industry. Yoni began his journey working in various healthcare leadership roles, where his expertise in operations and team management quickly stood out. Most recently, he served as the Administrator of one of New York's largest home care agencies, overseeing the care of over 4,500 patients and a workforce of over 5,000 employees. Under his leadership, the agency thrived, delivering exceptional care to thousands of clients while maintaining operational excellence.

With a passion for making a meaningful impact, Yoni is now shifting his focus to the ABA therapy and helping children with autism. He is excited to bring his expertise to this field and make a difference in the lives of children with autism and their families by creating opportunities for transformative growth and care.

Yoni lives in Fair Lawn, NJ, with his wife and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, connecting with friends, and continually seeking opportunities to learn and grow in all areas of life.
